Any advice when it comes to applying eyeliner? My eyelid

Any advice when it comes to applying eyeliner? My eyelid tends to go with the liner meaning it looks a mess. I'd welcome any tips or tricks so I look less panda like 🤣

Spray a little setting spray onto a small angular brush before dipping the brush into eyeshadow first. I've found doing that helps somewhat then you can just go over the shadow line with a pen/gel/liquid liner for more definition if you like x
