Oily skin need hydration (water) as any other skin type so I would highly recommend Multi-Action Hydrating toner AM/PM follow with Aqua Gel Luminous Oil-Free Moisturiser.  For makeup Soft Matte Primer follow with natural radiant long wear foundation or Soft matte complete foundation. Befor e setting with loose powder spray setting spray first then press powder using powder puff onto the skin. Follow with powder bronzer and blusher. I hope this helps! :)
