Best tip for making lip liner last all day

Take a single ply face tissue and place over the lips then lightly dust over the tissue with loose powder to set - I use method this for both lip liner and lipstick ☺️. You can also use it to set under eye concealer ☺️

Apply a translucent or setting powder, and gently dab it over your lips. This sets both the liner and the lipstick in place 🤍(edited)
