Do you have to use a primer to make sure your base makeup stays down, or can you just use moisturiser.

I use both because they are for targeted concerns. Moisturiser because I don’t want a dry skin that turns by make dry or cause it to break. Then primer as a base to hold on to to increase the wearing power
