Does anyone have any tips for someone who has Rosacea? It's only mild but it's really getting me down, it looks so red and I'm really conscious about it x

First of all try not to let it get you down. You are beautiful. For the best advice book an appointment with your GP. The best advice I can give is to use Products made for the face that contain azelaic acid, dicarboxylic or niacinamide may help with rosacea symptoms. These products are available without a prescription. Choose fragrance-free products, and avoid those that contain skin irritants such as alcohol, camphor, urea and menthol. Xx
