For those who are prone to oily and dry skin, what base / face products do you recommend work the best?

In the NARS

I use olay regenerist whip cream which is hydrating but with a matte finish! You can then layer with primer and choice of foundation. I switch between radiant longwear liquid and a powder foundation and always finish with a setting spray!
