I think whether you want to achieve a matte or dewy finish, you’d still have to moisturise. You can follow up with whatever primer you want depending on your preference. You can apply your liquids/cream products and set with a setting spray, then powder up and finish off with another round of setting or fixing spray. Hope this helps. ☺️
