Hi, my lips are quite thick with a somewhat indefinite brown contour line. Any tips on how to define them stylishly while also trying to not make them appear bigger?

If you use lip liner then maybe don't as you described you have a somewhat indefinite brown contour line. If your not using liner then maybe try lighter shades of lipstick/gloss to make them look more subtle.
