Hi there I have small eyelids so can never get the hooded eye look or make me eyes look bigger. Any tips please? Also for no smudging on eyeliner.

Try cut creasing the eyelid a bit bigger than its original line and try cotton bud dipped in makeup remover to clean it finely so no smudging @leannem95
