Using a matte or sebum control primer will help and I have seen some people apply a very fine powder before foundation in your most oily areas such as tzone

Priming according can make a massive difference so even using Nars soft Matte primer on your oily areas should make a massive difference. I find I can wear most foundations with it but if your really oily try the soft matte foundation with it and powder is always my friend
