I have always had a problem making a winged liner, as I have big round eyes and hooded eye lids any suggestions plz I love the cat eye look but I can never get it 😞

Try with an eye pencil and then just swipe with your finger over for that sharp line, set with an eyeshadow powder and voilà - winged liner
