I have hyperpigmentation around my mouth and neck, using vitamin c cream, not helping. What is the best concealer or corrector… going to buy first time… thank you 🙏

The best concealers for hyper pigmentation are nars do colour corrector then try soft matte concealer over the top. You can also get colour corrector from Bobbie brown, and if your pigmentation is severe then I would highly recommend derma colour by Kryolan. Applying using a dabbing technique.
