I'm stuck in a makeup rut, tend to wear brown and gold eyeshadow and a more muted lip. Want to change it up, I've got fair skin with a cool undertone and brown eyes, hit me with all your ideas

Another thing you could try is a brighter lipstick. Red or pink would both go with the brown eyeshadow you are already wearing and red would look fab with the gold.

If you want to step out of your comfort zone with eyeshadow colour but not put it all over the lids, a good way is to apply the eyeshadow on your upper and/ or lower lashline for a pop of colour, instead. you can use matte shadows, metallics, satin and duo-chrome eyeshadows etc. It's a fun way to experiment(edited)
