I had this problem and ive changed my motion of application from swiping to a king of stipling? Like bouncing the brush onto the face rather than moving it across the face. Its stopped it happening if you can make sense of what I'm trying to describe 😆

Have you tried using a sponge? Pop the liquid blush on the back of your hand/palette, dab the sponge into it and then dab on to your face, see if that makes a difference first x
