My skin has become pretty dry since my surgical menopause. Any tips for making my skin look fresh again. The foundation I use atm shows the dry patches. Tia.

I would also try going for a nice hydrating primer, which might help a bit

Second tinted moisturiser instead of foundation. Nourishing night cream was game changer for me.
