My skin is a combination of all textures now winter is here. What base is best for evening all these combinations to achieve a flawless finish when foundation is on top.

I would make sure my skin is well moisturised and then you target particular areas with a corresponding primer. For example focus an oil control primer just on oily areas. or use a hydrating primer where the skin is extra dry.
