My skin is well hydrated except for nose which is peeling

My skin is well hydrated except for nose which is peeling regularly. What's the make up trick you could give me for my nose as using usual foundation or concealer seems to make the peeling more visible.

If you exfoliate once to twice a week and this is still happening you should try chemical exfoliator instead , for makeup solution use eye primer on your nose before foundation that always works !
