What does everyone use to set their makeup in place without

What does everyone use to set their makeup in place without making your skin look cakey/full. I have combination skin type, do you find different tools work best with certain powders?

layer setting spray between layers to help melt everything into place, also you'll need to use less powder at the end to set everything! Also, always use a puff rather than a brush to apply setting powder - makes everything look so much smoother! ❤️
