What is the best treatment for aging skin?

Honestly, finding a good skin brand and finding what suits your skin is key. I use a Vitamic C cream once every four days in the morning, and once every four nights a good retinol serum (not same day as Vit C obviously as they react). Hyraulonic acid each day, with a niacinamide day cream and a peptide eye cream. I wash with CeraVe at night and use a brightening gel cleanser every day unless I use the Vit C serum as they clash due to ingredients. You need plenty of sleep and water as other have said though as this really helps. That's just my preference though, but may not work for you personally due to different skin Ph etc. Hope this helps somewhat 😊
