What is the best way to prime oily skin with really dry patches around nose area?

Skin care is key, I use a serum with niacinamide which helps to control oil production. Moisturise then use different primers on different areas of the face. I use a mattifying primer in my t zone where I'm oily, a pore filler where I have texture, and a hydrating primer where I'm dry.
