A great base will help for this, and a green primer , green helps to cover redness which should help with any foundation working๐Ÿฅฐโ€ฆ if its still coming through a matte foundation with a setting powder over the top, and then a pressed foundation powder after should do the trick, just layer lightly not heavy๐ŸŒน
