I suggest first exfoliating the lips and apply a balm before using a lipstick xx

In the NARS
you have to take care of them first. My also tend to dry out especially in the winter. always apply some moisturizing lip balm before sleep. you can do gentle scrubs with a moistened clean toothbrush or buy peeling and then moisturize. and I recommend some satin, it should not be drying, or lipgloss
