What’s the best product or way to stop blusher from

What’s the best product or way to stop blusher from disappearing? I wear moisturiser and primer but my blusher always seems to disappear on me throughout the day.

Powder blush - Nars blushes are very pigmented. Avoid using liquid ones they will slide off easily
