Good skincare, primer and setting spray can enhance longevity. Use water based primer and foundations / oil based together rather than mixing

I also apply a thin layer of powder to any oily prone areas before adding my foundation. Also a good setting spray before make up and after make up application helps too (edited)

Apply your eyeliner to your upper lash line so that it's thinner at the inner corner and thicker towards the outer edge. Apply the liner in small strokes, and fill your marks out as needed so that you have one solid, even line on your upper lash line
