It can create matte makeup look or dewy , glowing even really healthy skin makeup look. It’s depends what you want and what you prefer . Also what’s your skin type and condition. Try leaving the nars creamy radiant concealer. I like to leave it on the skin for a few mins to settle, then blend with a beauty blender but being gentle so the undereyes dont crease x

Personally I use both when applying makeup but for the long run if you are wanting your makeup to last loose setting powder applied with a powder puff is amazing to keep your makeup looking flawless all night, I tend to bring my pressed powder with me to touch up any creases 😊

Apply a small dot of hydrating eye cream in between both dots of concealer, on the skin right under where your pupil sits. Starting at the inner corner, blend out using your finger or a damp Beautyblender sponge

Use a small amount of hydrating eye cream and then apply your concealer, Less is always more. Make sure to blend it well and than immediately set it with a pressed powder or loose powder
