Do you use loose or pressed setting powder? I used to use only pressed setting powder but since I got loose setting powder, I'm obsessed it 😍 Are there any tips when to use which setting powder? (I've got both!)

When I apply foundation on top of my serum, my foundation all goes patchy. I do not know the reasons. Any suggestions are more than welcome.
