I find dabbing primer on the under eye before makeup helps a lot!

Before makeup prep your under eye area. Moisturize that with any eye cream then apply conceal or set with loose powder in dabbing motion

I tend to use setting spray all over and setting powder on the bits that get most oily

@Shra it's good to give it a try! I feel like a barrier cream like the La roche posay one could do wonders. It always helps when I have flaky skin, especially around my nose area.
