The trick is to apply eyeshadow a little past the eyelid, up into and past the crease, and then blend upwards and outwards

Tap off excess powder before you apply & If you hold your brush further towards the top of the handle I find that you use a lighter pressure when applying products which helps too.

Hold the brush towards the end of the handle - this gives you a lighter hand and lets you get a softer blend. Always tap the brush before you apply to put on less product!

I always use concealer to blank out colouration. Nars do a primer too and it is brilliant!
