After cleansing my face .Toner is the first thing I apply and then I apply the mositurizer which is the medical one (emolene) for that flawless makeup look and believe me the good skin prep is the key to the flawless makeup and the best foundation is from nars which I attached the image out there nd the only rule I go with liquid products first and then powder products this is the rule of the makeup ☺️
