liquid first on eyes 👀 on freshly clean prepped skin.roll under 👀 eyes...then solid dotted over any blemishes.blend well whilst tapping on red spots! also use wand to get into awkward areas..place either down middle of the nose 👃 and blend ...tadahhh ❣️❣️❣️❣️🍒🍒🔆👌😊🎨💄💋🌟🌟🌝
