Base routine

I start with the radiance primer, then apply a small amount of light-reflecting foundation. Once that's blended out I apply creamy concealer under the eye and blend with a damp blender. I like nars soft matte concealer as an eyeshadow base. And I set the base with nars light reflecting powder
