I love the eyebrow pencil and the spoolie has does have one

I love the eyebrow pencil and the spoolie has does have one on the end of they eyebrow pencil, but sometimes i like to use one on its own and not the end of the eyebrow pencil.

Firstly i apply the eyebrow pencil then i use the brow spoolie
