I start by applying a generous layer of the NARS Afterglow Lip Balm. It melts into my lips, providing essential hydration and a beautiful, subtle sheen. When I want a bold look, I begin by outlining and lightly filling in my entire lip with the NARS Powermatte High-Intensity Lip Pencil. This creates a perfect base, and enhances the longevity of my lip color. I apply the NARS air matte lip colour directly over the lip pencil. The formula is incredibly lightweight and feels like nothing on the lips, yet delivers a rich and buildable colour. I usually do one to two layers 🤍
