I start with a light base and go straight in with the NARS Powder Blush on the apples of my cheeks, blending it upwards for a soft, healthy flush. Then I use the new NARS Climax mascara to lift and separate my lashes- it instantly brightens my eyes and pulls the whole look together. That’s literally it… simple, glowy, iconic.
