Start with clean, moisturised lips and let any lip balm absorb. Use a NARS lip liner to softly outline the natural lip shape, then lightly fill in the lips. Apply your NARS matte lipstick or liquid lipstick from the centre of the lips outward. Use a small lip brush or cotton bud to tidy the outline for a crisp finish. Gently press the lips together once, keeping the finish smooth and matte.
