Firstly I would start with concealer to cover any blemishes and dark circles let that sit and then blend and use foundation to do the rest of the face then do eyeshadow you can do concealer and then eyeshadow if your scared of fallout going onto the foundation lastly do blusher and set it all with powder and a simple highlighter to end it
