Eyeliner for me is a little harder than for most cos of my hooded lids. I've learned to only line the outer edge really and tight line the top lashes. I can't do up and serve angle cos of my eye crease so I go almost straight and out instead. Sometimes helpful to use a straight piece of card and gently apply eyeshadow first to get a good sharp line then go over that with any liner. Bat wing shape if I close my eye, normal wing shape if open eye.
