Before you apply your lip colour, pop a tiny bit of highlighter to your Cupid's bow and a tiny bit of bronzer just under the centre and close to your bottom lip line (I use my ring finger to apply both) - this will give the illusion of a fuller lip by giving extra light and dimension.
