first thing first::: SLEEP!!! thats the best tip anyone can give someone, 7-8 good nights sleep will do wonders for you skin and your overall health and wellbeing.
stay hydrated always. im guilty of it. but i do my best to drink at 2L of water a day.
i dont know if this would be helpful to everyone, but for someone like myself who has dry, sensitive skin ive realised that 1 you need to invest in a face scrub, preferably one for sensitive skin and 2 always always mositurise your face. i tend to use thick moisturisers day and night because that what my skin likes and i like knowing my skin feels supple and moisturised.
plus spf - dont forget the main ingredient. spf is important.
also lip balm - keep that everywhere. on you, in your pockets, in your car, in your bag, at your work/school lockers .. everywhere. chapped lips isnt appeaing. personal opinion of course.
if you were born with blessed skin like no bags or puffiness under the eyes (90% of us arent) a good skin match concealer just in the inner corner .. just brighten up the eye and look slightly more awake that how you would feel first thing. and maybe dab some on a blemish/spot if youre having a bad day
