For a more defined look I use the liquid but I prefer to use a smooth creamy high pigmented pencil for every day use . Winged eye look is not very easy and especially on hooded eye lids . Once the eye is open the line and wing seems to disapeare , that is why i try to not fully close my eye when I create the winged eye look .
