Hydrate your under eyes! To make sure there are no creases and a guaranteed smooth finish, use a serum or hydrating moisturiser under the eyes. I also use a hydrating spray. Then I add a light layer of concealer and blend, then add a light layer of poweder to set. Turns out smooth and seamless every time!
