I am far from a contouring expert so feel free to dismiss my advice. What I foud to work for me are a these few technicues:

1. Temple/ forehead, cheek and chin contour.
2. Brush to the hairline the temple/ horehead contour.
3. Apply blush above cheek contour and brush back and forth, then just a slight circular motions
4. Brush towards neck the chin contour
5. Apply some highlighter and job is done (well contouring part).
