I use a liquid eyeliner so I can vary the thickness of the eyeline, on the upper eye lid. I do not often use a winged eyeline, and in case I do I draw it short since my eyes are round in shape, so I cannot achieve an almond shaped eye unless the eyeline is very long which in my case does not look nice.
