I use liquid and pencil also. If you've already got your hands full, you can easily use a special thin brush for eyeliner, and for girls with drooping eyelids, be sure to choose long-lasting eyeliners that literally freeze on the eyelid. If you have oily skin, keep mattifying wipes on hand and blot your eyelids throughout the day to prevent the lines from blurring.
