If you struggle with winged liner here are some tips:
Try an angled brush with eyeshadow or gel liner pot
Clean mistakes up and sharpen lines using concealer on a small concealer Brush
Always put your elbow on a table
If you're using liquid liner I find a pen style much easy than the little brushes and liquid pots
Keep practicing! I've been wearing winged liner since 14 and still it sometimes isn't symmetrical
