My tips for the perfect eyeliner is to first use dark eyeshadow on angled brush. When I like the result I apply liquid or gel eyeliner on top. If I neer to fix any mistakes I use micellar water or some concealer. However, the most important tip is to look straight to a mirror when you do the wing, especially if you have hooded eyes.
