3 Drink lots of water it flushes all the nasties out of your body
4 Have a good skincare routine, exfoliate,double cleanse, moisturising, use a serum, use a toner, eye cream, and face essence as that really gives your skin a boost don't forget to use spf everyday.
5 Take some time out for yourself if you get stressed it really shows on your skin
