The best advice anyone gave me was of
course my lovely Mum. She told me from an
early age to moisturise my face & body but
my friends Mum was once sat in her house
facing the window with the sun shining
through. I asked her why she was staring out
of the window as there was just a row of
terraced houses opposite. She said that she
was sunbathing & I remember saying you
won't get a sun tan inside & she said that
she would as the rays still get you through
the window. She told me not to do what she
was doing as I would get burnt. I always
remembered this as not many people knew that the rays through a window can still be so harmful to your skin. Brilliant advice 😍
