To create the perfect liner I remember two things, I use a precise felt tip type of liner as this makes it easier to line the eyes and you can build up the thickness of the line and flick easily. I also like to use a pencil liner just under my eyes and what's good about this is that you can blend and smudge the product until you are happy with the look. I find that using is pencil is alot quicker. The nars liners are SO good and very pigmented.
