To make your lip liner stay on for longer, I like to to use the Nars Light Reflecting Setting Powder around the edges of my lips before and after my lip liner application. I usally do this with a small smudging brush for a focused application.

This will make sure your lip liner doesn't budge, even when popping a lip gloss or lip oil on! My friend recommended me this tip and I haven't looked back since!
