Wear a nude or white eyeliner in the waterline to make your eyes appear bigger & brighter. Also great for people with hooded eyes that like wearing liquid liner.. as wearing liquid liner with hooded eyes can make eyes appear smaller, so applying a nude/ white eyeliner will really open them up. 👌🏼😁
